Caulfeild in the Bishop’s Chapel, Ipswich, before the late Bishop of St. Edmundsbury and Ipswich (The Right Rev. W. G. Whittingham, D. D.) and the Members of the Diocesan Evangelistic Council, probably in 1924. The MS. is undated.
