Focused on issue of participation and the development of people. Included cross- fertilization between those responsible for MRA training courses in several countries, and consideration of establishing ‘co-worker’ programs along the lines of the UK experience. The consultation addressed needs such as proper support mechanisms for those involved in MRA, including the possibility of individuals having a ‘mentor’. The ongoing and rounded development of MRA full-time workers received particular attention.
